Black grape cake

- 600 g Jolife seedless black grapes
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 16 g baking powder
- Confectioners’ sugar
preparation
Rinse the Jolife grapes, pat dry and cut in half. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and melted butter in a bowl. Combine the ingredients and add the grapes. Mix gently with a spoon. Pour the mixture in a 10-inch round baking pan, buttered and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool and invert on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
