  • Ricotta with chives and radishes

    Rinse the radishes and cut into small cubes. Transfer the ricotta and the radishes into a glass dish and mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and keep stirring. Sprinkle with chives to add flavor. This is ideal as a sauce for croutons/bruschette or as a salad dressing.

  • Fresh pinzimonio

    Rinse the radishes, carrots, fennel and celery under cold running water. Trim the carrots and celery and cut into strips, and slice the fennel. Transfer all the ingredients to a glass bowl. Prepare the dip with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and mustard and serve on the side in a small bowl. Serve cold.

    Rinse the radishes and cut into 4 slices. Rinse the spring onion and cut into rounds. Take out a glass dish and add the radishes, the spring onion and a few leaves of basil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and serve.
