Whole wheat croutons with radishes

    ingredients

    • 4 Jolife radishes
    • 6 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread 
    • 1 cucumber 
    • 1 package Philadelphia cheese
    • Chives

    preparation

    Take the cucumber and two radishes, rinse and chop into small cubes. Transfer the fresh Philadelphia cheese into a bowl, add the chopped cucumber and radishes, season with a pinch of salt and toss well. Let rest in the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes. In the meantime, cut the whole-wheat sandwich bread in half to obtain triangles. Grill the bread slices. Once the bread is crispy, top with the creamy cheese, cucumber and radish mixture and garnish with two radishes, rinsed and cut into thin slices, and the chives. Drizzle with oil and serve.
