Bell pepper and chicken kebabs

- 2 Jolife red bell peppers
- 250 g chicken breasts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Rosemary
preparation
Remove the stem, seeds and white filaments from the bell peppers. Cut the peppers into small square pieces, about 1 inch wide. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 – 1 1/2 inch. Thread the chicken onto skewers alternating with the bell pepper pieces. Heat a griddle for 5 minutes. Transfer the kebabs to the griddle and grill until well cooked on both sides. Once cooked transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with the oil, season with salt and pepper and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Serve hot.
