- 1 each Jolife green, red and yellow bell peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Rinse the bell peppers under running water. Heat a grill over medium heat. After 3 minutes sprinkle the griddle with salt to prevent the peppers from sticking. When the griddle is hot, add the whole peppers. Grill until soft on both sides. Transfer to a serving dish, season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and serve hot.
