Sautéed mange tout

- 250 g Jolife mange tout
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Trim the mange tout and rinse under running water. Bring 3.5 litres water to a boil in a pot with coarse salt, add the mange tout and cook for about 5 minutes, then drain. Pour a drizzle of oil in a nonstick pan and add the garlic clove, crushed. Sauté over low heat for a few seconds, then add the boiled mange tout. Increase the heat and sauté until golden for a few minutes, stirring gently. Season with pepper, adjust the salt if necessary and serve.
