Nectarines in wine

- 8 Jolife nectarines
- 1/2 liter white wine
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
preparation
First of all, peel the nectarines and cut into wedges. Pour the wine in a large container (a glass bowl if possible) with the sugar and the cloves. Cut two round slices from the half lemon and add to the wine together with a few drops of the lemon juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the sliced peaches to the liquid. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes. Serve in fruit salad or ice cream bowls.
