Grape salad

- 1 bunch Jolife white (or black or red) grapes
- 250 g Asiago cheese
- A handful of shelled walnuts
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
preparation
Rinse the grapes, remove from the bunch and let dry. Cut the Asiago cheese in small cubes and transfer to a bowl, add the grapes and the walnuts and season with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
