Colorful quinoa

- 200 g quinoa
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon blanched almonds
- fresh thyme and parsley
preparation
Rinse the quinoa for at least 5 minutes under running water and cook according to the instructions on the package. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and sauté in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil (the pepper cubes must remain crisp). Rinse the sun-dried tomatoes thoroughly with lukewarm water, chop and add to the pan with the coarsely chopped raisins and a handful of fresh thyme and parsley.
