Zucchini and cheese rolls

- 3 Jolife zucchini
- Philadelphia cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
preparation
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly under cold running water. Slice thinly. In the meantime, heat a griddle over medium heat and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to prevent the zucchini from sticking to it. Once hot, lower the heat and grill the zucchini slices on both sides. Spread some Philadelphia cheese over each grilled zucchini slice and roll them up. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
