Melon and baby artichoke salad

- 1 Jolife canary melon
- 1 jar baby artichokes in oil
- 1 small salami, whole
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Basil
preparation
Peel the melon, remove the seeds from the inside, scoop out the flesh to obtain an empty bowl and set the flesh aside. Meanwhile cut the salami and the baby artichokes into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl and add the reserved melon flesh, cut into small cubes. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
Take the hollowed-out melon and use it as a container. Fill the melon halves with the salami, baby artichokes and melon flesh mixture and top with basil leaves. Serve cold.
