Mange tout salad

- 150 g Jolife mange tout
- 1 Jolife red bell pepper
- 1 head lettuce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Trim the mange tout and rinse under running water. Bring 3.5 litres water to a boil in a pot with coarse salt, add the mange tout and cook for about 5 minutes, then drain and let cool. Meanwhile rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and dice. Arrange the lettuce leaves, the bell pepper cubes and the cooled mange tout on a serving dish. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve.
