Fig and walnut salad

- 5 Jolife figs
- 1 bag lamb’s lettuce
- A handful of shelled walnuts
- 200 g Asiago cheese
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Arrange the lamb’s lettuce on a plate or in an ovenproof dish. In the meantime rinse the figs thoroughly, without peeling them, and cut into wedges. Cut the cheese into thin strips, add to the salad together with the figs and walnuts and season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
