Cherry tomatoes and shrimp

- 250 g Jolife cherry tomatoes
- 300 g shrimp tails
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 1 shallot
- Salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Basil
preparation
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut into wedges. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan, add the chopped shallot and sauté for a few minutes, until golden. Add the shrimp tails and sauté for 5 minutes over low heat with the shallot. Add the cherry tomatoes and half a glass of white wine and continue cooking for a few minutes until the wine has evaporated. Once cooked season with salt and pepper and add a few fresh basil leaves. Transfer to serving dishes and serve.
