    ingredients

    • 6 Jolife tomatoes
    • 2 mozzarellas
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper to taste
    • Olive oil
    • Basil

    preparation

    Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Arrange the mozzarella on a serving dish alternating with the tomato slices until the dish is fully covered. 
    Season with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and whole basil leaves and serve.
