Watermelon and feta salad

- 1 head Jolife iceberg lettuce
- A slice of watermelon
- 150 g Feta cheese
- Salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar glaze
preparation
Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Peel the watermelon, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Cut the mixed goat’s and sheep’s milk cheese into cubes. Transfer the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, then add the watermelon and cheese cubes. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze, if liked.
