- 6 Jolife zucchini
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Parsley
preparation
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly under cold running water. Slice thinly. In the meantime, heat a griddle over medium heat and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to prevent the zucchini from sticking to it. Once hot, lower the heat and grill the zucchini slices on both sides. Transfer to the serving dishes and season with salt and pepper, extra-virgin olive oil and freshly chopped parsley.
