- 10 Jolife white grapes
- 50 g butter
- 100 g bittersweet chocolate
- Pistachio sprinkles to taste

Quickly rinse the grapes in a bowl with cold water. Break the bittersweet chocolate into pieces and add to a small pan with the butter. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, to obtain a soft, smooth and lump-less sauce. Thread each grape on a wooden toothpick. Dip the fruit into the chocolate sauce until completely coated. Prepare a small mound of pistachio sprinkles. Toss the chocolate-coated grapes in the pistachio sprinkles while still hot, so that the bottom part is completely covered. Once cooled, let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. Refrigerate the grapes until ready to serve.
