Spiced bass with mange tout and broccoli

- 100 g Jolife mange tout
- 200 g broccoli
- 800 g bass fillet
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cloves and cinnamon
- Sunflower oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 spicy red chili pepper
preparation
Mix the flour and a pinch of the 4 spices. Cut the bass fillet in bite-sized pieces and dust with flour. Heat two tablespoons of sunflower oil in a nonstick pan and sauté the fish bites for about two minutes, until golden brown. Pour a tablespoon of oil in another pan and sauté the broccoli for 1 minute, then add the garlic clove, crushed, the mange tout, 50 ml water and the soy sauce. Cover with a lid and increase the heat. Cook for just 2 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until some of the excess water has evaporated. Add the bass and the chili pepper cut into thin rounds. Toss gently for a few seconds and serve.
