Pear salad

- 2 Jolife pears
- 50 g Gorgonzola cheese
- A handful of shelled walnuts
- Lamb’s lettuce
- Rocket
- A handful of raisins
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Rinse the pears and cut into thin slices, without peeling them. Transfer the lamb’s lettuce and rocket in a glass dish and season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil. Top the salad with the pear slices, a handful of shelled walnuts, the raisins and gorgonzola cheese cut into small cubes. If liked, drizzle with oil or balsamic vinegar glaze.
