Trocadero lettuce rolls

- 5 leaves Jolife Trocadero lettuce
- 1 piadina (flatbread)
- 1 fresh tuna steak
- 1 Jolife red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
preparation
Take 5 leaves of Trocadero lettuce and rinse under cold running water, then let dry. In the meantime take the fresh tuna and cut into strips. Rinse the red bell pepper and cut into thin strips (à la julienne). Take the flatbread and cut into three or four strips, 3-4 cm-wide. Top the flatbread with lettuce, bell pepper and tuna, season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil and roll up the bread strips. Tie the rolls with a stalk of chives, if liked. Serve cold.
