Pear and cinnamon tart

- 2 Jolife pears
- 450 g short-crust pastry
- 80 g sugar
- Cinnamon
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
preparation
Roll out the pastry and use it to line a 9-inch tart mold, greased with butter and floured. Peel the pears, cut into slices and arrange decoratively on the pastry base.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, then drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
