- 6 Jolife tomatoes
- Salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Basil
preparation
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half. Take out a griddle, sprinkle it with salt to prevent the tomatoes from sticking while cooking and heat it for a few minutes. When the griddle is hot, grill the halved tomatoes. When the tomatoes are cooked transfer to a plate and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and basil leaves.
