    ingredients

    • 1 Jolife melon
    • 200 g Jolife strawberries
    • 5 kiwifruit
    • 5 apples
    • 1 lemon
    • 90 g sugar

    preparation

    Peel the melon, remove the seeds from the inside and cut into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch. Rinse the strawberries and apples, peel the kiwifruit and cut the fruit into slices. Thread the fruit onto skewers, alternating each type of fruit. Once the skewers are ready, transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with a few teaspoons of sugar and serve.
