Cherry tomatoes and mozzarella skewers

- 12 Jolife cherry tomatoes
- 12 baby mozzarellas
- Salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil

preparation
Take out 4 wooden skewers. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, remove the stem and pat dry. Let the mozzarellas drain to remove the excess water and rinse the basil leaves. Thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, a baby mozzarella and another basil leaf onto one of the 4 wooden skewers. Repeat twice until you have 3 cherry tomatoes and 3 baby mozzarellas on each skewer, separated by a basil leaf. Prepare the other three skewers using the same procedure. Season with a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and add a few tablespoons of fresh basil pesto to taste.
