Carpaccio marinated in lemon

- 2 Jolife lemons
- 300 grams of beef carpaccio (very thin slices)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- One bunch of fresh rocket
- Salt and pepper
preparation
On a large tray lay the slices of meat taking care not to overlap them, so that the marinade can cook the raw meat well. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and salt and completely cover all the meat slices with it.
Cover the tray with cling film and leave to rest for 40 minutes in the refrigerator. Garnish the meat with lemon slices, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and fresh rocket leaves. Serve cold.
