Blackberry and Raspberry Skewers

- Fresh blackberries and raspberries
- Half lemon
- Vanilla ice-cream
- Bittersweet chocolate topping
- Fresh mint leaves

- 40 cm organza (choose a color that matches your tablecloth)
preparation
Rinse the fruit in a bowl with water and the juice of half a lemon, dry thoroughly with paper towels and thread onto the skewers, alternating the berries. Transfer to the serving dish, decorating each skewer with little organza bows. Take a mint leaf, put it on the dish and top with an ice-cream ball (to prevent it from moving around the dish). Decorate with the chocolate topping and a few mint leaves.
