- 1 Jolife lemon
- 250 g fresh egg noodles
- 40 g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Fresh cream to taste
- Salt and ground white pepper
preparation
Put water on to boil for the pasta. Wash the lemon under running water and scrape off, into a pan, the yellow part of the peel. Add the butter and two cloves of garlic and cook over a very low heat for a few minutes so that the butter is completely melted. When the water is boiling, add salt and cook the noodles for about 1 minute. In the meantime, chop the parsley. Then drain the noodles with a large fork, so that some of the cooking water is carried with them, directly into the pan with the flavoured butter. Finish cooking by adding together all ingredients for 1-2 minutes, then pour on the cream, mix everything well and allow to cook for another 2 minutes again on a low heat. When cooked, grate a little more lemon peel, add some drops of lemon juice, the chopped parsley and the white pepper. Serve hot.
