Seafood and pear salad

    ingredients

    • 2 Jolife pears
    • 1 avocado
    • 3 kiwifruit
    • 10 shrimps
    • Extra-virgin olive oil
    • Salt and pepper

    preparation

    Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh to obtain a bowl. Put the flesh aside; you will use it later, cut into small cubes, together with the other fruit. In the meantime sauté the shrimps in a pan with a drizzle of oil. When the shrimps turn golden remove from the heat and let cool. Peel the pears and the kiwifruit and cut into small cubes. Mix all the fruit in a glass dish and season with oil and salt. Fill the hollowed out avocado with the mixture and add the cooled shrimps. Dust with ground pepper and serve.
