Grilled spring onions

    • 4 Jolife spring onions
    • Salt and pepper
    • Extra-virgin olive oil

    preparation

    Rinse the spring onions thoroughly under cold running water. Cut the spring onions lengthwise in half. In the meantime, heat a griddle over medium heat and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to prevent the spring onions from sticking to it. Once hot, lower the heat and grill the spring onion halves on both sides. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
