Put the almonds in a bowl and add 1 dl of warm water. Let rest for 5 minutes, then strain through cheesecloth, squeezing thoroughly. Beat the egg with the sugar and add the milk. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream machine. Serve the ice cream with the sliced peach sprinkled with sugar.
