Apricots

    How They Grow

    • The colour of the skin varies depending upon the variety, from yellow to deep orange.
    • The apricot is a fruit plant sensitive to humidity stagnant in the air and to moist and compact soil.
    • The harvest is carried out manually.

    • They perform a restorative and energising action.

    Conservation

Store the ripe fruit in the refrigerator for 6-7 days in plastic bags.
When you buy apricots that are not yet ready for consumption, you can store them at room temperature for a few days: this allows the fruit to reach the perfect ripeness.
