Remove the stems and transfer the berries to a blender with the lemon juice, thoroughly strained. Stir in the sugar and keep blending. Beat the fresh cream with a cold hand held beater until thick and keep it aside in the refrigerator. Mix the sugar and fruit pur&eacute;e with the fresh milk and start folding in the fresh cream and the vanilla seeds, mixing in an upward motion to obtain a smooth creamy mixture.<br \/>Transfer the mixture to the ice cream machine and process for about 30 minutes until set.
