Button mushroomsalad

- 300 g button mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- fresh parsley
- 10walnuts
- apple vinegar
- lamb’s lettuce
preparation
Use a soft brush to remove any dirt from the mushrooms. Try to avoid getting them wet. Slice the clean mushrooms and transfer immediately to a bowl with some lemon juice. Coarsely chop the walnuts and add to the mushrooms with a tablespoon of apple vinegar. Serve on a bed of lamb’s lettuce seasoned to taste.
