    ingredients

    • 1 head Jolife iceberg lettuce
    • 1 Jolife red bell pepper
    • 2 radishes
    • 150 g shrimp tails
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper to taste
    • Olive oil
    • Balsamic vinegar glaze

    preparation

    Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and white parts and cut into thin strips (à la julienne). Rinse and cut the radishes into thin slices. Sauté the shrimp tails in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil. Finish cooking and set aside to cool. Transfer the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl and add the bell pepper strips, the radish slices and the shrimp tails. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze, if liked.
