Shrimp and trocadero lettuce salad
- 1 head Jolife Trocadero lettuce
- 10 shrimp tails
- 5 Jolife cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Rinse the lettuce under cold running water and let dry. Take the shrimp tails and sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil for just a few minutes. In the meantime, rinse the tomatoes and cucumber and slice thinly. Take out a glass dish and add the lettuce, the cucumber rounds, the tomatoes and the shrimp tails. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Garnish with thin strips of lemon zest, if liked.
