Bull’s horn peppers with tuna sauce

- 4 Jolife red bull’s horn peppers
- 2 cans tuna
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 10 capers
- Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
preparation
Rinse the bell peppers under running water and cut off the top with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds and any filaments from the inside. Fill a pan with water, add salt and boil the peppers until soft. Drain and let cool. Mix the mayonnaise, the 2 cans of tuna, the chopped capers and the finely chopped basil leaves in a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil and mix thoroughly. Fill the peppers with the prepared mixture using a teaspoon. Garnish with a few capers and basil leaves and serve.
